Do you remove nails done at other studios?

We do remove gels from other studios, when you book in you can select this as an option. We do not remove acrylics.

Do you use BIAB?

Yes, we use strengthening bases that suit the length/health of your nail.

BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is a strengthening soak-off gel that’s applied like a regular gel polish but has a thicker, more durable texture. It helps to build structure, smooth the nail surface, and reduce breakage, making it perfect for anyone wanting to grow their natural nails or keep them strong between sets.

What extensions do you use?

We use Apres Gel Extensions - Apres Gel Extensions are a type of soft gel enhancement that adds instant length and strength to your natural nails. Each nail is built using a pre-shaped full-cover gel tip, which is gently applied with a bonding gel and cured under an LED lamp.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge.

How often should I get my nails done?

Most clients come every 3–4 weeks, depending on nail growth and the type of manicure.

How do I care for my nails after my appointment?

We recommend using cuticle oil daily and wearing gloves when cleaning to keep your nails and skin healthy.
